
Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant

As a Debt Consultant on our Achieve Debt Resolution team, you’ll work with customers facing higher levels of unsecured debt and guide them through personalized solutions to regain financial control. These customers are often further along in their decision journey but require a skilled, consultative approach to fully understand their situation and confidently move forward.
In this role, you’ll manage a pipeline of high‑value opportunities and lead conversations that balance empathy, education, and financial clarity often closing within 1–2 interactions. This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who excel at building trust quickly, navigating complex financial conversations, and driving clear decisions.
We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market.
This role requires employees to have high‑speed internet/fiber broadband connection.

Shift(s):
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
Hours:
8‑hour shifts between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm (PDT)
Total Compensation:
$50,000 to $125,000+ annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected on‑target earnings for this role broken down into an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions.
What you’ll do:
Own and manage a pipeline of high‑debt, high‑intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
Clearly explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes
Balance empathy with direction, guiding customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions
Drive efficient decision‑making and close opportunities, often within 1–2 calls
Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow‑up to maximize conversion
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a preference for consultative or financial sales environments
Proven success in a commission‑driven role with consistent goal attainment
Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations
Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
Confidence discussing financial situations, trade‑offs, and long‑term outcomes
High School diploma or equivalent
