R14922Job DescriptionLand Rover of St. Louis is seeking a Business Development Manager with excellent customer service and phone skills to join our elite team. Candidates should have call center experience or experience in a similar role in an automotive dealership setting. Pay rate is $15/hour, and there will be a bonus structure for appointments set that show up, and appointments set that are sold. This is a Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM role, no Saturdays.**Experience Everything MileOne has to Offer:**

- Positive, success driven work environment**Summary:**As a Business Development Manager you will respond to internet customer inquiries, handle the leads, the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process. You will be responsible for both new & pre-owned internet car sales.**Our MileOne Employee Advantage:**

**Essential Duties:**

- Receive all inbound sales calls and set appointments in the sales department.

- Support on-line customers by setting appointments.- Proactive reach out to leads to try to schedule appointments.

- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- 2 years of call center experience and customer service skills; or relevant dealership experience in a similar role

- Ability to multi-task

- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals

- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
