Compensation
Base hourly pay: $38.50/hr
Potential to earn up to $95,000 per year
Sign‑on bonus: up to $1,000

Responsibilities
Install home remodeling products according to company standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete the carpenter job checklist with homeowner upon completion.
Qualifications
2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
Experience with bath remodels or acrylic installs.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly speak with homeowners and team members.
