About The Role Massage Therapist – Carmel, IN HealthFitness is seeking a professional Massage Therapist to provide chair massage at monthly corporate wellness events at our client site in Carmel, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for therapists looking for consistent, part-time work in a positive, professional environment.
Schedule:
Typically the second (occasionally third) Wednesday of the month, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM & 1:00–4:00 PM. (Ability to attend all dates is preferred but not required.)

Responsible for administering professional massage services to a wide variety of members and guests.
Key Accountabilities
Perform numerous massage modalities and adjust delivery mode to address the needs of each customer.
General understanding of body treatments and be willing and able to learn the products and services provided.
Therapist must be willing and capable to deliver on site chair massage in a corporate setting (incidental travel, set‑up and tear down) in addition to a spa‑like environment within a fitness center.
Must function as an active member of an integrated health and wellness team and support department wide events and strategies.
Minimum Requirements
Massage Therapy License for the state of required.
Current Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute.
2+ years of massage therapy experience required.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Experience in sports massage techniques.
Good communication skills; listening and verbal.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre‑employment drug test. Compensation: $60 - $70 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
