The right candidate will oversee project planning, client relations on site, manage and mentor a team, coordinate with trade partners, and guide projects from demolition to finish. This role offers plenty of room for personal and professional growth, with ongoing training and education to help you level up in the remodeling trade. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate remodeling projects from start to finish. Read and interpret blueprints and plans. Perform skilled carpentry work, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation. Manage and mentor a team of carpenters and laborers. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high‐quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, designers and clients to ensure successful outcomes. Manage subcontractors, oversee tasks and ensure adherence to contractual obligations. Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in residential remodeling. Background in framing, finish carpentry, drywall finishing, and general knowledge of specialized trade work. Ability to lay out projects from plans and specs, troubleshoot problems, and evaluate execution options. Experience supervising a team of subcontractors and production workers. Proficiency in customer service and effective communication. Reliable, organized, mechanically inclined. Ability to train and mentor fellow carpenters. Comfortable with technology, mainly mobile devices. Willingness to work occasional overtime and have reliable transportation. Capacity to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to manipulate objects up to 80 lbs for 50 feet. Must provide a complete set of hand tools. Salary and Benefits
