Responsibilities The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided‑upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
They will be responsible for working with the Tower Companies (landlords) to do lease management. They will receive requests related to uncashed checks, A/P management, ownership changes, tax changes, obtaining COIs, FAST 13, SNDAS, and ROFR (right of first refusal), and they will respond accurately. This role will have a heavy volume of work and requires strong computer skills, especially with the Google Suite.
Requirements
Experience in property management or lease management preferably in telecom or commercial real estate
Must have experience with amendments of real estate leases and the administrative process of working with landlords of the leases
Positive attitude and quick learner
Experience with the Google Suite and Google Docs
Other Details Basking Ridge, NJ - 2 days a week, 3 days remote
$25-$35/hr Pay Rate
