Sr Sales Incentive Specialist
As a Sr Sales Incentive Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing sales incentive programs that drive performance and motivate our sales teams to achieve their targets. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our sales strategy and ensure alignment with our business objectives.
You will report directly to the Sales Operations Director and work out of the Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. New hires are required to come onsite fully for the first 90 days.
In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our sales force by developing innovative incentive plans that not only reward performance but also align with our corporate goals, ultimately enhancing overall productivity and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement effective sales incentive programs that motivate and reward sales teams.
Analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of incentive plans and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment of sales incentives with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales operations or incentive compensation management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.
Experience in developing and implementing sales incentive programs that drive performance.
Knowledge of sales processes and best practices in incentive compensation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Experience auditing complex sales incentive programs.
5+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce or SAP incentive tools is a plus.
Additional Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, the candidate must be a U.S. person, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
