This person will cover UT, ID, MT and we are seeking candidates who reside in or near Salt Lake City and are willing to travel.

Your role

Achieving sales of all applicable disposable products and services in assigned territory; advancing revenue and market position.

Keeping tabs on new products in the assigned subject area and on current and future company products.

Managing activity, development, and launch‑product goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers; developing skills in clinical acumen, sales ability, and leadership through collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department.

Partnering with customer contacts across the hospital or clinic to discover new opportunities for product expansion.

You're the right fit if

5+ years of experience and a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.

Strong clinical and technical knowledge and the confidence to knowledgeably engage key partners to present a value proposition.

BA or BS in Business or similar field, or equivalent education/experience.

Ability to perform the required Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Effective management of assigned accounts in terms of driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, budget management and expense reporting.

Travel and Location This is a field role. Must be willing to travel, including overnight trips.

For this position, candidates must reside in or within commuting distance to Salt Lake City, UT.

Benefits and Compensation Total Target Earnings consist of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $194,750 to $305,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.

Target earnings are one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes generous PTO, 401(k) (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and other benefits.

Relocation and Employment Authorization Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.
