Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced

Marketing Coordinator

to join our team in San Angelo, TX, and oversee all the leasing efforts for the assigned community in Oak Grove Senior Apartments.

Responsibilities

Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants

Advertise available units using a variety of media and promotional materials

Determine the needs, living standards, and economic viability of prospective residents

Confirm rental application data and personal references

Stay knowledgeable of the property market status

Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals

Perform other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

Qualifications

High School Diploma (or GED)

Strong customer service background

Basic computer skills

Preference for applicants with HUD knowledge and experience

Organizational ability, multitasking, excellent communication and closing skills

Positive, upbeat attitude and professional image, following dress code and appearance standards
