Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Assistant, based in Kingsville, TX. The Escrow Assistant will assist with preparing and processing escrow documents, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, screening phone calls, and addressing client queries promptly to ensure a smooth closing process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in document preparation, data entry, and maintaining detailed records
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of escrow procedures, real estate transactions, and regulatory compliance a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in using escrow and title management software and other office tools
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries effectively
Prior experience in escrow, title, or real estate industries is a plus
