Job Summary
Renewal by Andersen, a division of Andersen Corporation, is looking for a Direct Marketing Associate to conduct door‑to‑door canvassing within the Greater Carolinas.
Base pay starts at $20/hr and includes an uncapped commission structure. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 in target earnings (OTE) in the first year. The role also offers a base monthly driving incentive and variable mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads by engaging in door‑to‑door campaigning in the assigned territory as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
Transport yourself to the assigned territory and work independently while representing Renewal by Andersen professionally.
Use Renewal by Andersen’s mapping program and business applications to accurately record house‑to‑house information and track data.
Maintain a courteous, neat appearance in proper uniform and comply with all required municipality permits.
Attend company meetings as required.
Communicate ideas to the Canvassing Program Manager that can improve the effectiveness of the canvassing program and related policies.
Master Renewal by Andersen’s methodology, products, and current promotional offerings; become a Signature Service expert.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy.
Reliable transportation to navigate the territory.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
Able to navigate multiple platforms on tablets.
Physically able to stand and walk 3–5 miles per day.
