Qualifications
Must be 16 years of age or older.
General Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients and materials in storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions & Skills
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator may be used).
Create correct monetary change.
Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Team Member Advancement Many team members begin as delivery drivers or pizza makers and progress to franchise ownership, with opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager and beyond.
