Overview
Domino's Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and receive and process telephone orders. This role is available part‑ or full‑time, with flexible schedules that accommodate students and others.
Job Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older.
General Job Duties
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Training Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
Communication Skills
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (calculator allowed).
Make correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Operate a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+.
Physical Requirements
Standing for most tasks, walking on ceramic tile or linoleum.
Short distances for walking.
Paperwork completed at a desk or table.
Lifting: bulk product deliveries up to 50 lb; stacking onto shelves up to 72 in.
Carrying: large cans (~3 lb), pizza sauce (~30 lb), trays of dough (~12 lb each).
Pushing/pulling trays on dollies with up to 7.5 lb force.
Climbing ladders or stairs occasionally.
Stooping/bending for approximately 30–45 seconds at a time.
Reaching above 72 in for oven controls, signs, etc.
Eye‑hand coordination continuous; frequent use of hands, forearms, wrists.
Handling pizza peel, cutter, cardboard boxes, and other tools.
Qualities Food Handlers Card required.
