Fulfillment Specialist
Location: 723 Iowa Ave, Morris, MN 56267
Schedule: Full-time (Mon‑Fri, 7:00am‑5:00pm)
Overview As a Full‑time Fulfillment Specialist you will replenish inventory and manage our vending program across a dynamic local route. You will perform deliveries, replenishments, equipment maintenance, and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
Make deliveries with a company vehicle to fulfill inventory at customer sites.
Perform replenishment and general maintenance of vending equipment.
Interact with customers during deliveries.
Place and fulfill orders at customer sites.
Perform other duties as needed to support branch success.
Required Position Qualifications
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license in the country where the job is located and a clean driving record.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, and customer‑service oriented.
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity, and teamwork.
Capability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages up to 75 lbs.
Pass required drug screen (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam).
Preferred Position Qualifications
Previous customer service or industry related work experience.
