Qualifications

A minimum of

2 years of transactional real estate experience

at a law firm.

Experience with

purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements

is required.

Experience with

joint ventures

and

borrower‑side financing

is preferred.

Strong academic credentials and exceptional

research, writing, and communication skills .

Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and effectively work within a team.

A proactive, client‑service orientation with the ambition and drive to contribute to a growing national practice.

Requirements

JD from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Florida Bar

(or eligibility to waive in).

Submission of a

cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and deal sheet

is required.
