Job Description Locally owned two‑store Domino’s franchise is looking for responsible, friendly, hard‑working people to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative you are the first point of contact with our customers, on the phone or in person. You will answer questions about menu items, specials, and orders, and may also support store operations such as food preparation, oven tending, and other tasks that provide a foundation for a career in management or franchising.

Key Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and in‑store inquiries about menu items, specials, and order status.

Accurately process orders over the phone and in person.

Perform addition and subtraction quickly and accurately to calculate totals.

Maintain a friendly, welcoming tone and first‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum age 16 years.

Excellent communication skills with customers and co‑workers.

Strong basic math skills.

Friendly demeanor and strong work ethic.
