Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level)
to support
in-person customer interactions
and help create a

face-to-face communication, customer support, and service excellence
in a structured, team-based environment.
No prior experience is required —we provide full
paid training and onboarding .
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a
first point of contact for customers in person
Provide clear, friendly, and helpful responses to
questions, requests, and service needs
Assist individuals in navigating available
services, programs, or resources
Maintain a
professional, approachable, and customer-focused presence
Help keep service areas
organized, clean, and efficient
Work closely with team members to support
daily customer flow and operations
Communicate
customer feedback or observations
to leadership when needed
Follow established procedures to ensure
consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
Comfortable interacting with the
public in face-to-face settings
Ability to stay organized in
fast-paced environments
