Fulfillment Specialist

Chapie is hiring a Fulfillment Specialist to help run day-to-day warehouse operations. This role is designed for locals who want flexibility, independence, and the ability to control their hours.
Most of the time, you can choose when you come in. Some days you’ll work 3–8 hours. Some weeks you may only come in once.
This is not a typical fixed schedule job. It’s performance-based and flexible.

We redesigned how it’s stored using insulated, durable materials that actually protect it in real-world conditions like heat, cars, and outdoor use. What started as one product has grown into one of South Florida’s fastest-growing beach lifestyle brands, with a full product line and thousands of customers. We ship orders daily and continue to expand rapidly. You’ll be working with the founder inside a real, growing business, not a corporate warehouse, with direct exposure to how an eCommerce brand actually runs. Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately Handle high-volume fulfillment days (up to 500 orders) Receive and stock incoming inventory shipments Maintain organized inventory and assist with counts Communicate with customer service via Slack Why This Job Is Different

Must live very close to Boca Raton / FAU Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Reliable and responsive Able to work quickly and stay efficient Comfortable using Slack for communication Available on short notice when needed Ideal Candidate
