We are partnering with a well-established and growing general contractor in the Phoenix market that is actively seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to lead ground-up commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Work closely with Project Managers to maintain project progress and resolve issues
Lead and enforce job site safety protocols
Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on
ground-up commercial projects
Proven experience managing projects in the $5M–$30M+ rangeStrong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and sequencing
Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
Familiarity with Phoenix market and subcontractor base is a plus
