In this on-site role, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, provide personalized customer support, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Strong skills in Customer Experience and fostering long-term client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent
Property and Casualty license in the State of Texas is not required initially but must get license within first 90 days.
Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required
