Position Description This internship provides hands on experience supporting Customer Service and Sales Support operations, with a focus on process improvement, reporting, documentation, and responsible use of AI tools. The intern will work on real projects that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across customer facing and revenue supporting workflows.

Scope Of Responsibilities

Assist with documenting and standardizing Customer Service and Sales Support processes, templates, and checklists

Analyze customer inquiries, service data, or sales support workflows to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Support reporting and insights initiatives (e.g., summarizing trends, preparing dashboards or monthly summaries)

Help build and organize internal knowledge resources (FAQs, SOPs, templates) to reduce repeat questions, and improve self‑service for internal teams.

Support AI enablement initiatives, such as drafting prompt libraries, knowledge base content, and identifying automation opportunities

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations as needed

Learning & Development Opportunities

Exposure to end to end customer experience and sales operations

Practical experience with business data, reporting, and process improvement

Hands on use of AI tools in a real business environment

Coaching, feedback, and participation in the company’s structured internship program

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Strong organizational and communication skills

Interest in customer experience, business operations, data, and/or AI

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast paced environment

Compensation $20 per hour
