We’re partnering with a fast-growing, late-stage startup seeking a highly motivated, high-agency individual to work directly with the CEO as a true right-hand partner. This is not a traditional administrative role—this is an opportunity to step into a dynamic, multi-faceted position that blends executive support, operations, office leadership, and recruiting.

You’ll be embedded in a small, collaborative environment, working closely with the CEO and a tight-knit team of engineers. The ideal candidate is energized by building, thrives in ambiguity, and is excited to take ownership of both strategic and day-to-day initiatives.

What You’ll Do Executive Partnership (~25%)

Act as a thought partner to the CEO, helping prioritize, organize, and drive execution

Manage and optimize the CEO’s time with a focus on impact, not just scheduling

Anticipate needs, remove friction, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives

Operations (~35%)

Work alongside the CEO on operational projects, vendor coordination, and problem-solving

Help bring structure to unstructured situations and keep priorities moving forward

Support cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across the team

Own the day-to-day operations of the office, including logistics, vendors, and supplies

Create a positive, organized, and engaging in-office experience for the team

Ensure the environment reflects a high-performing, collaborative culture

Assist with sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews

Partner with leadership to support hiring efforts and team growth

Help create a seamless and positive candidate experience

What This Role Is Not

Not a traditional Executive Assistant role focused solely on calendar/email management
