Ardell is Hiring: Influencer Coordinator
Lashes are more than a look—they’re a moment. And we’re looking for someone who knows how to put that moment everywhere.
We’re adding an Influencer Coordinator to our team to help drive the next wave of creator partnerships across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond. If you’re the person who knows what’s trending before it trends—and you love turning products into viral moments—we want you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Seeding lashes + beauty must-haves to creators who actually move culture
Building and managing relationships with make up artists, influencers
Supporting campaigns from concept to post—making sure everything hits
Tracking content, engagement, and what’s popping (and what’s not)
Helping execute paid partnerships, launches, and brand moments
Supporting events, mailers, and influencer activations
You Get It If You
Are always on TikTok (and it’s part of your job, not a distraction)
Know the difference between a creator and an influencer
Have 1–3 years in influencer, PR, or social
Are insanely organized but still creative
Love beauty—lashes, nails, glam, all of it
Bonus Points
You’ve worked with beauty brands or products before
You understand what drives sell-through—not just likes
Familiar with platforms like Lefty, CreatorIQ, etc.
If you’re ready to help shape what’s next in beauty—and make lashes go viral—we want to meet you.
