About the Role This is a full-time, salaried position focused on supporting and conducting high-quality clinical assessments while contributing to strong foundational care for clients.
You will play a key role in shaping treatment direction through detailed assessment work, collaboration, and clinical insight.
Schedule: Monday through Friday during regular business hours
Work Expectation: 40-hour work week
Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain a consistent 40-hour work week
Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and clinical goals
Support timely and accurate submission of clinical documentation
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality assessment practices
Maintain accurate assessment records and ensure compliance with all internal and external standards
Take on additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs
This role is designed for someone who values structure, accuracy, and collaboration, and who understands that strong assessments are the foundation of effective care.
Education and Credentials
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
BCBA preferred
Minimum requirement: BCBA student in the final year of coursework and 1 year of relevant experience

Compensation $65,000 to $75,000
annually
PTO Includes vacation or personal time and sick time. Accrual up to 80 hours per calendar year. Additional details available in the Employee Handbook
Health and Financial Benefits Medical and dental coverage available starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Eligibility for 401k plan after six months of employment
