Technical Presentation Designer & Visual Storytelling Specialist
This is a W2 contract position and is not C2C or W2 referral eligible.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys working in PowerPoint—not only from a visual design perspective, but also in shaping how information is organized, communicated, and understood. In this role, you’ll work with cross‑functional partners to turn complex information, data, and technical subject matter into clear and engaging visual narratives.
Presentation Development & Content Structuring
Partner with collaborators to define objectives, audience expectations, and core messaging
Improve content clarity by prioritizing key points and streamlining supporting information
Convert complex or technical material into structured, easy‑to‑follow visual stories
Create slide progressions that support comprehension and logical flow—not just aesthetics
Contribute to a variety of presentation types, including external‑facing decks and internal updates
Develop high‑quality presentation materials suitable for leadership audiences
Translate data into digestible visuals such as charts, diagrams, and infographics
Apply design principles including typography, visual hierarchy, and layout consistency
Build and maintain reusable templates, master slides, and design systems
Ensure materials are adaptable and easy to update over time
Support efficient workflows while maintaining a cohesive visual standard
Video Content Support
Adapt presentation content into short‑form video formats (e.g., brief explainers or summaries)
Capture video using accessible tools (e.g., webcam, mobile device, simple lighting/audio setups)
Ensure video outputs align with overall messaging and narrative structure
Perform basic editing tasks such as trimming, captioning, and adding simple visual elements
