Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 350 small to mid-size commercial accounts, ranging from $500 to $100,000 in premium (average $15,000).
Provide exceptional service to clients, including policy servicing, renewals, and addressing inquiries.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to meet client needs and drive business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Utilize agency management software (EPIC preferred) to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
Qualifications
Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a focus on small market accounts and high-volume account management.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not required.
Work Style: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)
