Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cornelius, NC, for a Front Office/Licensed Insurance Representative. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, selling and processing insurance policies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations. Additionally, the representative will support the daily operations of the agency's front office by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and completing administrative tasks. Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage Basic knowledge of Finance and financial products is a plus Strong skills in Customer Service and client support Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer accounts Ability to work effectively in an in-person team setting and demonstrate professionalism Current and valid insurance license required Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is preferred
