Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our new home sales operations. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a polished, client-focused demeanor. The Sales Assistant will work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and efficient day-to-day operations.
While this role will initially provide support during a maternity leave period, it is intended to remain a long-term position as our team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist prospective buyers visiting model homes
Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email
Prepare, organize, and track sales documents, purchase agreements, and addenda
Maintain MLS listings and inventory updates
Ensure model home presentation and marketing materials are up to standard
Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales manager and client
Qualifications
Previous experience in real estate, new-home sales, or administrative support preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Weekend availability required
Schedule & Compensation
Approximately 15 -20 hours per week with 5 hour day work shifts
Compensation: $20 per hour
