
Agency Support Representative

TheAgency Support Representative is a customer-focused and detail-oriented position helping the organization better understand, measure, and enhance the relationships with our agency partners. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with and report to Agency Managers to help collect onboarding and compliance documents daily as well as distributing weekly and monthly reports to agencies and management.
Essential Job Functions
Support the Agency Team with organizing and maintaining partner data
Maintain our internal Agency Dashboard
Acquire necessary documentation from newly appointed agencies
Maintain agency licenses and contracts
Notify IT of changes in agency information
Notify accounting department of changes in agency financial information
Email agency’s policy information on a weekly basis
Create and distribute quarterly agency commission statements
Maintain agency’s producer information
Provide feedback and updates to the Agency Team as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor degree is a plus
Some familiarity with auto insurance processes, terminology, and customer lifecycle will be helpful
Willingness to learn tools such Guidewire and other company systems
Interest in customer experience, service improvement, or business operations
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiar with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Drive)
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Starting Salary: $48,000 annually, non-exempt role
Schedule: We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8–4, 8:30–4-30, or 9–5. We do our best to support individual preferences, though schedules may be adjusted as needed to ensure strong coverage and teamwork. This position reports onsite to our office in Princeton, NJ.
We also offer a hybrid schedule: team members work onsite four days a week and can work remotely one day a week.
