AccountMakers has been engaged by a leading organization in the media and advertising sector to hire a Channel Sales Manager focused on driving partner-led revenue growth. This company provides digital marketing and advertising solutions to brands and agencies and is expanding its partner ecosystem to strengthen market reach and performance.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a sales leader who understands how to build and manage partnerships within the media, advertising, or agency ecosystem. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with agency partners, resellers, and strategic affiliates, while also contributing to direct sales efforts where appropriate.

You will play a key role in maintaining and expanding partner channels, ensuring partners are well-equipped to represent the company’s solutions, and aligning internal and external teams around shared revenue goals.

This is a hybrid position is based in Los Angeles, with occasional travel required for partner meetings, client engagements, and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing agency partners, resellers, and referral channels.

Identify and onboard new partners to expand market reach.

Drive revenue through partner-led opportunities while supporting direct sales initiatives as needed.

Collaborate with partners on co-selling efforts, campaign planning, and client engagement strategies.

Maintain visibility into partner pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting.

Provide partners with training, tools, and ongoing support to improve performance.

Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure alignment.

Evaluate partner performance and optimize engagement strategies and incentive programs.

Support account planning and expansion within key partner-driven accounts.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or channel sales, with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth.

Experience working with agencies, media partners, or digital marketing solutions strongly preferred.

Proven ability to develop, scale, and optimize strategic partner or reseller relationships.

Deep understanding of advertising, media buying, and digital marketing ecosystems.

Demonstrated success managing both partner-driven and direct sales pipelines, with accountability for revenue outcomes.

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategy and decision-making.

Strong analytical, organizational, and forecasting capabilities, with a data-driven approach to pipeline management.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.

Ability to operate effectively within a structured, performance-driven environment while navigating evolving business priorities.

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000–$140,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $170,000–$210,000+, depending on experience and performance. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses and a competitive benefits offering.
