On behalf of our client, we're on the search for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale their entire demand engine. Our client is a fast-growing security startup solving one of the most pressing challenges in modern software development - and they need a demand gen leader who's ready to get hands-on and drive real pipelines as they automate an open-source vulnerability remediation - at scale. This isn\'t a "manage the agency" role. You\'ll be strategic and embedded with Sales, Product, and the founding team - but you\'ll also be executing yourself. What You\'ll Own
Pipeline targets, planning, and execution across channels and segments Multi-channel campaigns — paid, content, ABM, events — built and run by you Full-funnel optimisation from first touch to closed revenue Close alignment with Sales on pipeline quality and conversion Continuous experimentation and performance reporting Who You Are
5–7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation You\'ve marketed to technical audiences — engineers, security teams, DevOps leaders You own pipeline numbers, not just lead volume You\'ve thrived in early-stage startup environments (Series A–C) Bonus: background in cybersecurity or application security Why This Role
