Assistant Tax Director (Partnership Tax)

Global asset management firm seeks an Assistant Tax Director to oversee the global tax function and requires extensive and complex partnership tax experience. The role will manage and review the work of a team of 3-4. This role offers long term stability and excellent benefits, and will work on a hybrid basis with 2 days in office. Requirements: 15+ years experience with tax structuring and compliance for international finance and leasing transactions for complex partnerships. Strong knowledge of US and international partnership, including private investment funds and special purpose investment vehicles. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance Excellent verbal and written communication skills
