Channel Sales - Industrial Safety Solutions
Our client is a global leader in manufacturing innovative safety solutions and devices designed to protect workers and environments across critical industries. Their products are widely used across energy (oil & gas), utilities/environmental services (wastewater), construction/infrastructure, and public safety/emergency services. They are seeking a Channel Sales Rep to drive revenue growth through both distribution channels and direct end‑user engagement. This role will focus on expanding existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities within key industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who understands how to influence end users while leveraging distributor relationships to maximize market penetration and sales performance.

Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas within the territory
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share
Drive new business development through channel and end‑user engagement and relationship building
Build strong relationships with distribution partners and end users to drive pull‑through demand
Identify and target new opportunities within end users in oil & gas, wastewater, construction, and fire/rescue sectors
Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to customers
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM
Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Min. 3‑5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial safety, gas detection, oil & gas, or related industries strongly preferred
Proven success in hunting, prospecting, and closing new business within a distribution model.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to build relationships across both distributors and end users
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (50‑60% travel)
Base Salary $90,000+
Year 1 @ plan to $140,000
Uncapped quarterly incentive /commission structure
Car Allowance, Gas and toll reimbursement
Travel expenses covered
