Role Overview As a Promotions Representative, you’ll represent client brands inside retail locations, interacting directly with customers to promote products and services. You’ll play a key part in delivering positive experiences while contributing to overall sales performance. This position is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, serving, or customer service. Especially those who enjoy staying active, talking with people, and working toward goals.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands through in-store promotional campaigns
Connect with customers to introduce products and services
Provide a positive, informative customer experience
Generate leads and contribute to sales efforts
Answer questions and serve as a knowledgeable brand representative
Support team objectives and campaign performance
