Your Role As a Broker Sales Support Intern, you will support our team with administrative and organizational tasks in the daily business. You will gain insights into the tender process between Sales and Underwriting and learn how broker operations work in practice. Working closely with different internal teams, you will contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Your Responsibilities
Support in the preparation and review of tender documents
Assist in the creation and timely delivery of offers
Handle and forward incoming broker inquiries (phone and email)
Support the preparation of claims and performance overviews
Provide general administrative support to the Broker Sales team
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of internal processes
Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g. Underwriting, Operations)
Ensure high quality standards and maintain a careful, detail-oriented way of working in all tasks
What you?ll bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies / training (e.g. business, insurance, or similar)
Interest in the insurance and/or broker industry
Strong attention to detail and a structured, reliable working style
High level of accuracy and commitment to quality in your work
Good communication skills in English and German (French is a Plus)
Team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn mindset

Step 2 - Role Discussion: In this 60-minute call interview, we assess how well your qualifications and skills align with the role requirements. This discussion will take place with your potential Hiring Manager.
Step 3 - Cultural fit: In a final onsite interview, you will learn more about our company culture, and we will assess how well your values and mindset align with our organization.
