Overview
Retail Sales Associate role involving greeting guests, maintaining in-stock, clean and organized stores, and supporting store operations. You will be cross-trained in all areas of the store with opportunities for growth. We operate 1500+ sites across the United States. Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide exceptional customer service. Operate the cash register efficiently. Adapt to a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers; assist with coffee preparation as needed. Help maintain store cleanliness and uphold impeccable standards as part of a team. Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Education: N/A Preferred Education: High School or GED Minimum Experience: N/A Preferred Experience: 3-6 months retail or guest service restaurant Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe / Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory Soft Skills: Comfortable talking with guests and team members; high energy; ability to switch tasks quickly; team-oriented; basic computer skills helpful Scheduling and Hours
This position may be part-time or full-time, with hours varying including day and night shifts. Weekend and holiday hours are required and Cumberland Farms stores may operate 24 hours. Physical Requirements
Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand/walk 8 hours, reach overhead, bend, squat, twist, grasp and work in cooler environments. Noise level is usually moderate. Travel
5% travel; may be asked to work in other nearby stores occasionally. Benefits
