Position Overview Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a
Senior Salesforce Solution Architect
to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for translating business objectives into scalable Salesforce architectures while ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards.
The architect will work closely with
business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and enterprise architects
to design and deliver high-impact Salesforce solutions across
Salesforce Energy & Utility Cloud, Experience Cloud, and core Salesforce platform capabilities . The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, DevOps, and enterprise solution delivery within complex environments.
This role requires both
strategic architecture leadership and hands-on technical guidance , ensuring Salesforce implementations are secure, scalable, and aligned with long-term business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities
Design
end-to-end Salesforce solutions
across Salesforce Platform, Energy & Utility Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Define
enterprise architecture patterns, data models, and system integrations
aligned with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices.
Ensure solutions are
scalable, secure, and maintainable
across complex enterprise environments.
Integration & Technical Leadership
Architect integrations between Salesforce and
enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications .
Define integration strategies using
REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and ETL tools .
Provide technical guidance to development teams working with
Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows .
Establish and enforce
Salesforce architecture standards, development guidelines, and DevOps practices .
Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with
security, performance, and data governance policies .
Guide teams on
application release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies .
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with
business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and executives
to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Communicate architecture decisions clearly to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders .
Delivery Oversight
Support project planning, architecture design, solution delivery, and release management across the
full Salesforce development lifecycle .
Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Develop architecture documentation, diagrams, and solution specifications.
Mentor developers, administrators, and junior architects on
Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities .
Required Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
6+ years of Salesforce solution architecture or technical leadership experience
Proven experience designing and implementing
Salesforce solutions in large enterprise environments
Hands‑on expertise with
Salesforce Energy & Utility Cloud and Experience Cloud
Experience architecting
complex Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce platform architecture, governance, and DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business language
Demonstrated experience leading
complex multi‑integration Salesforce initiatives
Required Technical Skills
