What You’ll Do
You will lead, coach, and scale a team of 8-10 Account Executives focused on the Emerging and SMB franchise markets.
Master the AI Narrative: Coach your team to move master forward thinking AI solutions.
Lead the Operating Rhythm: Own the daily stand‑ups and high‑velocity activity standards to ensure a consistent top‑of‑funnel engine.
Scale the Playbook: Optimize a high‑volume sales motion.
Recruit and Ramp: Identify high‑aptitude talent and lead a 30‑day onboarding process to turn them into AI‑literate closers.
Pipeline Hygiene: Audit team activity in HubSpot to provide accurate weekly forecasts based on real‑time conversion data.
What We’re Looking For
Two or more years of B2B SaaS leadership experience in high‑velocity environments.
A deep understanding of how to sell automation and AI value propositions.
Proven track record of managing a team to 100%+ of quota attainment.
Mastery of sales coaching frameworks and a relentless focus on call quality.
Expert‑level discipline in CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce).
