Account Management Intern We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to support our client service team across integrated marketing initiatives. This role provides hands‑on experience working across disciplines including advertising, digital, public relations, social, media, and analytics.
Internship is 10 weeks, paid at $17/hour, based in Chicago office. Hybrid schedule: one in‑office day each Tuesday and remote rest of the week. Interns will work approximately 15–20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities Account Support & Execution
Assist account teams with day‑to‑day client work and project coordination
Support the development of presentations, reports, and client deliverables
Take meeting notes, track action items, and help maintain clear communication across teams
Project Management & Operations
Help manage timelines, status documents, and internal workflows
Support coordination across creative, media, and analytics teams
Ensure deliverables are organized and moving forward on schedule
Research & Insights
Conduct research on industries, competitors, and target audiences
Gather insights to support strategic planning and campaign development
Potentially assist new business efforts
Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support integrated marketing efforts
Contribute ideas and proactively support team needs in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
Currently a junior or senior in college or university, or recent graduate
Major in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
