Job Summary Park Aerospace Corp. is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on sales growth and customer engagement. This role plays a critical part in developing new business, nurturing customer relationships, and supporting Park's strategy. In addition, this individual will contribute to marketing initiatives that promote Park's products, brand, and culture.

Essential Job Functions Sales

Lead follow-up and qualification of all customer web inquiries; coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, and Management as needed

Proactively follow-up with Customers for orders using existing quote log

Provide support to Customer Services during absenteeism, vacations, and overflow of work, this includes:

Processing Quotes

Entering Orders

Being responsive to customer inquiries via telephone and email to respond to issues or questions regarding orders, shipments, and/or available lead times.

Problem-Solve issues of customer concern through research of problem and direct interface with internal manufacturing personnel.

Ensuring each customer has a wonderful experience

Aggressively seek new customers and open new markets in the global aerospace industry

Provide ongoing sales and service to Park customers to ensure maximum sales and optimum performance of Park's products

Develop and maintain direct contact with key business and technical decision makers at assigned and potential Park customers

Interface with Park business unit departments including Engineering, Production, Customer Service, R&D, and Quality Management on all issues germane to Park's commercial activities

Provide feedback and market intelligence to R&D on the development of new products

Uphold Park's principles of Integrity and Humility

Marketing

Product Datasheets

Maintain, print, update website and communicate internally changes/updates

Promotional Items/Giveaway items - Work with Marketing Manager on ordering items, maintain inventory of promotional giveaway items, used at tradeshows

Source/obtain approvals, order and distribute shirts and other apparel for employees

Park Flyer –write, design, edit & proofread content, print and distribute to employees

Tradeshows - Compile annual calendar of trade events

Register for approved shows, process invoices, assist in managing customer and supplier meeting schedule for each show, assist in coordinating setup

Assist in coordination of accommodations for Park attendees

Track lead generation and distribute to sales

Compile and send out informational show guide for all attendees

Procure business cards, stationary & envelopes for corporate and business units

Assist in sourcing external images required for graphics

Website – Maintain web content as directed

Work in a team to develop content for new products, post content, and all documentation (SDS, datasheet, and webpage) upon commercialization

Update product info and documentation as needed

Post quarterly and end of year financial documents, news releases, and conference call information

Order yearly calendars for employees and customers

Plan special corporate focused events: Milestone anniversary events, OshKosh, Holiday events, all employee events

Order and distribute yearly calendars for employees and customers

Other Job Duties

Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills Required

Minimum of 3-5 years in a fast-paced sales support role.

Minimum High School Diploma with experience, Associate's Degree with experience preferred.

Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Advanced computer proficiency in Excel.

Proven ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

Minimal bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, twisting, standing, reaching above shoulder level.

Occasional lifting up to 40 pounds.

Repetitive use of hands and wrists for keyboard work.

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Training Requirements

Training on applicable procedures that relate to area of responsibility.
