We are seeking a full-time, on-site Resident Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at a property located in the Greater Eugene-Springfield Area. Primary responsibilities include managing tenant relations, addressing maintenance requests, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and overseeing leasing activities. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining the property’s appearance, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. Responsibilities
Manage tenant relations and leasing activities to ensure a positive resident experience. Address maintenance requests promptly and coordinate with vendors as needed. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Oversee property appearance and upkeep, including routine inspections and coordination of agreed-upon improvements. Maintain accurate records related to leasing, maintenance, budgets, and reports. Qualifications
Property management and leasing experience, including familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members Ability to address maintenance issues and oversee operational tasks to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities for managing property schedules, budgets, and reports High level of professionalism and the ability to work independently in an on-site role Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Previous experience in real estate, property management, or related fields is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred
