Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day interactions with residents, address inquiries, resolve concerns, and support client satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing timely responses, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience as the first point of contact for clients. Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Experience in delivering an exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining positive client relationships Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Familiarity with real estate or property management is a plus Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
