Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Coeur d'Alene/Dalton Gardens, ID, for a Licensed Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, providing high-quality service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and promoting a seamless customer experience as a trusted liaison between Farm Bureau, the Agency and its policyholders.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Customer Support

Strong ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver excellent customer interactions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Active state insurance license or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe

Proficiency in organization, multitasking, and problem-solving

Familiarity with insurance products is a plus

Licensed in Property & Casualty will be required

Having this license is preferred. We will pay for the study materials and exams for the right person.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage
