Part-Time Receptionist / Sales Associate (Saturdays Only) — Reno, NV | $20/hour + Commission

has been a trusted name in countertop fabrication and installation since 1985. With a state-of-the-art 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Murray, Utah, and a dedicated Reno operation, we specialize in granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. We are currently seeking a
customer-focused, detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist / Sales Associate
to join our Reno team— working Saturdays only . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative work and sales, and wants to maximize earning potential through commission.
What You’ll Do This hybrid role combines front-office coordination with sales support and customer engagement:
Reception & Administrative Duties
Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
Schedule in-home consultations and showroom appointments
Process payments (credit, debit, cash, cheque)
Prepare invoices and assist with order documentation
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier deliveries
Maintain showroom samples and office supplies
Support filing, data entry, and daily administrative tasks
Sales Associate Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection (materials, colors, design options)
Provide basic quotes and support the sales process
Deliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact to follow-up
Educate customers on products, installation, and care
Support lead generation and help convert showroom traffic into sales
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of administrative, retail, or customer service experience
Previous sales or quoting experience is a strong asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, CRM systems)
Background in design, construction, or countertops is a plus
