Title: Client Relationship Manager

Work Location (Hybrid): Chicago, IL, 60661
Duration: 12 months of contract (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Pay Range: $45/hr to $49/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Note: Contractor will be responsible for parking fees
Position Overview We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager / Client Service Representative to support top-tier institutional clients trading in Futures, Options, and OTC cleared products.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries related to:
Trades and positions
Lifecycle events
Commissions and reporting
Product offerings
Research and coordinate internally to resolve client issues and escalations.
