Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in HVAC, building services, or related industries.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, services, and customer pain points.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
Self‑starter with a growth mindset and a passion for winning new business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
