Job Title
Applications Specialist
Reports To Director of Technology and Business Development
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate updates on applications such as Inventory and Contract Management, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Inventory Charting Programs, Sales Dashboards, etc.
Develop onboarding and ongoing technical support of software systems.
Provide ongoing first-level technical support.
Generate custom revenue reporting for management team.
Additional duties as assigned by Director of Technology and Business Development, and Division President.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements
Advanced reasoning, math, and language skills.
Advanced understanding and documented experience of MS Excel, Access, or other database systems.
Experience with at least one or more CRM or Project Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Sugar, Monday.com, GanttPro, etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, etc.).
Demonstrates superior interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate across diverse audiences through verbal and written communication.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and complete several projects simultaneously.
Adept at understanding organizational needs and adjusting priorities accordingly.
Ability to identify critical tasks independently and work with a sense of urgency.
Dedication and willingness to support others, and display empathy when supporting team members.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in related discipline.
2–3+ years of information systems experience preferred.
SAS certifications in related discipline preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The primary work environment is an office.
Physical demands include light lifting, focusing on reading, sitting more than 50% of the time, talking, and walking.
Nights spent traveling, away from home, are less than 10%.
