Blue Star is hiring a high-end residential carpenter to join our team in the D.C. area. We build high-end residential projects and are looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in quality craftsmanship and want steady, year-round work.
What You'll Do
Perform framing, trim, finish, and specialty carpentry work
Read and follow construction drawings
Work with supervisors, project managers, and trades to keep jobs on schedule
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Represent Blue Star with professionalism on every project
What We're Looking For
2+ years of carpentry experience (residential preferred)
Skilled with tools, materials, and construction methods
Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Team player with strong work ethic
Pay & Benefits
$20-$40/hr based on experience
