We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist – Collections to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing collections, coordinating with insurance companies, and supporting homeowners to ensure timely payments.
Job Description
Contact insurance companies to follow up on pending payments for completed projects
Serve as the liaison between Project Managers, Insurance Companies, and homeowners
Negotiate and establish payment plans when necessary
Locate debtors and initiate recovery processes
Ensure accurate documentation of all communications and transactions
Assist other team functions as needed (Invoicing, Permits/Licensing, etc.)
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., one-hour lunch)
Annual salary:
$42,000–$45,000
Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 30 days
PTO accrual begins after 30 days
401(k) eligibility after 6 months
