Today, its portfolio spans from DUMBO to Brooklyn Heights, Fort Greene, and Hell's Kitchen, alongside its continued expansion along the Williamsburg waterfront. What You Will Do:

Sales/Showing : Conduct daily in-person tours and virtual showings of product portfolio to prospective renters and brokers that persuasively showcase building features, amenities, and resident experience. Customer Insights : Identify, elicit, and understand prospective renter preferences through active listening and effective communication at each stage of the customer journey to maximize closing/conversion opportunities. Closing Skills : Ensure timely and engaging follow-up strategies are used with all active leads and prospective renters to maintain a close connection while they are evaluating their final decision whether to move forward and submit a rental application. Lead Management : Ensure that inquiries from various channels (phone, email, web, walk-in, etc.) are successfully and consistently converted to active leads through effective sales and closing techniques. Market Analysis : Monitor competitive landscape (pricing trends, incentives, broker feedback) to understand relative positioning of product portfolio within each customer's consideration set and identify targeted closing strategies to increase sales. Lease Applications and Screening : Process application for lease, and obtain supporting documentation for application and work with on-site team for due diligence to complete resident verification in a time efficient matter. Lease Administration : Accurately generate and receive prospect and applicant information for entry into Onsite, MRI, BuildingLink or any other software platform. Lease Renewals : Price, generate, and send offers while consistently and actively engaging with residents on their renewals to maximize retention and manage exposure. Reporting/Analysis : Provide daily reporting on key performance indicators such as traffic, lead sources, appointments, and leases. Track all traffic and phone call activity and complete industry or building metric reports, as required. Business Relationships : Maintain relationships with prospective residents and engage in continuous follow-up. Marketing and Business Development

Business Development: Manage and foster strong relationships with real estate brokers and other influencers that drive traffic and prospects to on-site leasing office. Marketing Strategy: Manage listing quality and accuracy of apartment availability through different digital residential real estate channels and content providers and evaluate effectiveness of different advertising spending. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree Ability to prospect and qualify leads and identify customer needs A strong negotiator and exceptional closer Required to work 5 days a week, including weekends Ability to positively influence peers on team and lead by example Excellent written and oral and communications skills Multi-tasking and management of multiple complex projects concurrently Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Compensation is commensurate with level of experience, our salary range is $75K+, plus commissions and discretionary EOY bonus
